Zuzi Wojciechowska joins the Bright Agency as licensing agent

Creative talent agency, The Bright Agency has appointed Zuzi Wojciechowska as its new licensing agent.

Zuzi (pictured) brings experience from her roles as brand manager at both the Science and Natural History Museums.

Described as ‘critical’ in driving The Bright Agency’s licensing proposition across home and international territories, Zuzi will join Jo Astles who currently heads up gift, greeting and stationery activity, in addition to Amy Fitzgerald, who joined Bright from the Blair Partnership.

“I’m thrilled to have Zuzi on board,” commented Vicki Willden-Lebrecht, founder of The Bright Agency. “What she achieved with both the Natural History Museum and Science Museum was truly ingenious and I hope her arrival at Bright brings us even more innovative thinking, delivering unchartered opportunities to excel.

“Licensing is no longer movie meets lunchbox. Licensing has matured, it’s clever, sassy and widens our artist’s reach. Licensing poses an opportunity to increase readership, drive discoverability, open more doors and expand our artist’s work to reach further.”

Zuzi continued: “I’ve worked in licensing across many different organisations, both on the licensor and licensee side throughout my career, and consistently found the most enjoyment when I’m working closely with creative talent. The art of successful licensing is found in the things that make a brand and or design unique. Matching them with the right commercial opportunities to deliver a product that is more than the sum of its parts. Something that ignites excites and stimulates in the customer’s mind.

“I’m excited to join The Bright Agency an organisation I have long admired. I look forward to working alongside an amazing set of artists whose work speaks for itself, creating beautiful assets, while showcasing their talent to wider audiences.”

The Bright Agency’s entry into the licensing industry marks a new chapter in its 20-year history.

“It’s perfect timing for Zuzi to join the team, as her experience and vision align with our growth strategy, and we look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead,” continued Vicki. “We are confident that with Zuzi’s expertise and our team’s creativity, we will make a significant impact in this industry.”

The Bright Agency’s licensing division will focus on categories including food and beverage, homewares, apparel and beauty.
