YouTube stars Sidemen team with Paramount and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Paramount Consumer Products and Experiences UK is set to release a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collection in collaboration with YouTube superstars The Sidemen.

The new range of TMNT-inspired clothing and boxing accessories will be a key focus of The Sidemen’s new retail store opening in the Birmingham Bullring on Friday 4 October.

The range includes a series of 13 exclusive designs on t-shirts, hoodies and jackets, alongside a selection of boxing accessories including gloves and wraps.

The launch highlights the enduring popularity of the franchise and its characters among a new generation of fans and follows the release of Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the latest chapter in the Turtles’ onscreen adventures airing on Nickelodeon and streaming on Paramount+.

With over 140 million subscribers worldwide, British YouTube group The Sidemen – consisting of internet personalities KSI, Miniminter, Zerkaa, TBJZL, Behzinga, Vikkstar123 and W2S – opened their first physical store in July 2023.

To mark the launch of the range on the new store’s opening day, costume characters of Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo will be at the Bullring at intervals throughout the day. Fans will be able to pose for pictures alongside their reptilian heroes and the Shellraiser vehicle.

“The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are some of our most iconic and well-loved characters, so it felt natural for us to collaborate with the UK’s biggest YouTube stars, The Sidemen, on this new range,” commented Rebecca Jenkins, vp consumer products UK and Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, Israel and South Africa. “From t-shirts to boxing gloves, there’s something for everyone, and we can’t wait for fans to get their hands on it.”

Matt Peters, Sidemen Clothing md, added: “The Sidemen teaming up with TMNT works so well. We’ve had a lot of fun on our journey through the world of TMNT, it’s been an amazing nostalgia trip for us all and we can’t wait for everything to unfold now. It’s been a pleasure to work with the wonderful licensing team at Paramount once again.”
