Widdop and Co reveals Ladybird Books range

New giftware collection was launched at Autumn Fair earlier this month.

Widdop and Co has teamed up with Penguin Ventures for the launch of a new giftware collection inspired by Ladybird Books.

The Ladybird Books – The Vintage Collection was launched at Autumn Fair earlier this month.

It covers a number of Widdop’s key product categories, as well as introducing some new ones for ladies and gents gifts, plus home accessories.

Stephen Illingworth, product development director at WIDDOP and Co, commented: “Ladybird Books is an iconic brand which is instantly recognisable and has a huge nostalgic appeal.

“We are thrilled that our products will feature this stunning artwork and we’re excited to hear what our customers think of the new range. These opportunities don’t come along very often and we’re looking forward to this amazing addition to the Widdop portfolio.”

Anna Metcalfe, category manager hardlines at Penguin Ventures, added: “We are delighted to be working with Widdop and Co, who have developed an enviable reputation in the giftware industry for strong designs and innovation within their range.

“We’re looking forward to a successful launch at the start of next year.”
