Vimto makes move into licensed fudge

Soft drinks brand launches into new sector with Handmade Vintage Vimto Fudge.

The Vimto soft drinks brand is moving into a new sector with the arrival of its first licensed fudge product.

The Handmade Vintage Vimto Fudge has been made in partnership with Gardiners of Scotland and is available as a sharing carton and a premium tin.

“This is a hugely exciting launch for the brand as it not only propels Vimto into a new sector, but allows us to offer a product that will appeal to a broader age range of consumers,” said Vimto’s brand licensing manager, Helen Hartley.

“There is a real and growing demand for traditional sugar confectionery and Vimto Fudge cleverly caters to this, by utilising the brand’s heritage as a familiar flavour consumers will remember from their childhoods.”

Both products will be available in time for Christmas.
