Museum highlights licensees in the tabletop, stationery and gift categories.
The V&A has highlighted a number of festive offerings from licensees in both the UK and US.
Caffè Nero is running its second season of limited edition V&A gift cards. The coffee chain has four different designs available, all inspired by the V&A’s collections, including a snowy winter woodland scene from a 1930s furnishing fabric.
Staying in the UK, and Paper Rose has sourced both traditional and contemporary images from the V&A’s Prints & Drawings archive for this year’s range of Christmas cards.
Drawing on Victorian and mid-century designs, as well as vintage fashion plates, the cards showcase the wealth of seasonal images available in the archive.
Over in the US, Caspari has grown its line of tabletop and stationery products, featuring Alice in a Winter Wonderland, to include Christmas crackers, giftware, napkins and paper plates.
The ‘Alice’ design – in white and gold colourways – is inspired by the ‘lively’ patterned textile by C.F.A Voysey.
