University of Oxford stationery on the way

Oxford Limited secures deal with GO Stationery for new collection.

Oxford Limited has partnered with GO Stationery for a new range of University of Oxford stationery items, accessories and gift wrap for the UK, plus distribution across key European and international territories.

The deal was managed by Oxford’s agent for the UK and Europe, Global Icons.

A number of decorative themes are currently in product development for the first Oxford stationery range.

Design cues have been taken from archival content supplied by Oxford’s Bodleian Library through to pattern inspired by a visit to the University’s Museum of Natural History.

Designs generated originally by Oxford wallpaper licensee, Paper Partnership, for its first Oxford collection may also make their stationery debut on products ranging from notebooks, folders and journals through to school bags, pencil cases, gift boxes and bags.

“We’re really pleased to welcome GO Stationery to the Oxford licensing programme,” commented Chris Evans, md of Oxford Limited. “We came across GO Stationery at Progressive Greetings Live, and were impressed by their design-led approach as well as the quality and presentation of all their ranges.”

Sue Townsend, commercial director at GO Stationery, added: “With a design studio and all of our manufacturing based in the UK, we take great pride collaborating with great British brands like Oxford.”
