Uniqlo adds to video games line-up

New Monster Hunter UT collection to tie in with latest instalment of action series.

Uniqlo is continuing to bolster its licensed collaborations – taking inspiration from the video games space for its latest tie up.

The chain is launching a Monster Hunter UT collection in-store and online, based on the Monster Hunter Generations action RPG series, which has sold more than 36 million units worldwide.

To celebrate the launch – as well as the release of the latest game on July 15 – the retailer is giving away two signed Nintendo 3DS XL consoles with a digital copy of the new game.

The consoles have been signed by Monster Hunter executive producer, Ryozo Tsujimoto and Monster Hunter Generations producer, Shintaro Kojima.

There will also be four runners up, who will receive a Monster Hunter collector statue.

In addition, Uniqlo has teamed up with MCM Comic Con to give all six winners a pair of tickets to the Manchester event on July 30-31.
