Etailer’s Tracey Cosway tells us she expects sales of classic super heroes to continue to rise.
TruffleShuffle has unleashed a new wave of licensed Christmas jumpers, with the etailer confident of strong sales again this year.
Tracey Cosway, royalty analyst – pictured with fashion buyer Lucy Smith and Lizzie Williams, assistant buyer and merchandiser – said she expects sales of classic super heroes to continue to rise, while the company also has high hopes for some of the newer properties when The Source caught up with her at the Licensing Awards product judging.
TruffleShuffle has a wide range of Christmas jumpers covering licences such as My Little Pony, Mr Men Little Miss, Star Wars, Batman, Jurassic World, Marvel, Sonic the Hedgehog, Rainbow Brite, Sesame Street and Alice in Wonderland.
Its popular Miffy designs from last year have also returned, with a number of new designs added.
Tracey said: “Ah, it’s Christmas jumper time! We expect sales of classic superheroes to continue to rise though there are newer properties, like Suicide Squad coming into the fray.
“We also have high hopes for our new Miffy designs, My Little Pony and, of course, Elf.
“We have done ranges of products on Labyrinth and Roald Dahl’s BFG and, on the quirky side, Rainbow Brite.”
