Topshop reveals latest designer collaboration

Retailer teams with London Fashion Week designer, Michael Halpern for 28-piece collection.

Topshop has revealed its latest designer collaboration – teaming up with London Fashion Week designer, Michael Halpern.

Launching in November, the 28-piece range will include partywear for the Christmas season such as neon velvet separates, sequinned jumpsuits and iridescent camouflage print mini dresses, reported Fashion United.

Michael is known for his Studio 54-inspired US glamour combined with couture house detailing.

“I think it’s fabulous that as a younger brand we’re able to work with Topshop,” he commented. “Making the type of clothing we do for the main Halpern collection in an accessible way so more people can really feel the glamour.”

This will mark the brand’s first high street collaboration, with Topshop aiming for it to kick start the partywear season according to global design director, Anthony Cuthbertson.
