Danger Mouse, Horrible Histories, Moshi Monsters, Hey Duggee, Moon and Me among those nominated.
The nominations have been revealed for the BAFTA Children’s Awards 2019, with a number of well-known licensed names making the shortlist.
The prestigious awards celebrate the very best in children’s media, from programmes and films to presenters and performers, chosen by BAFTA.
This year’s accolades will be presented on Sunday December 1 at The Brewery, London.
Among the licensed brands nominated, Moon and Me has been named in the Pre-School Live Action category, while previous winner Hey Duggee lines up alongside Digby Dragon, Floogals and Numberblocks in the Pre-School Animation category.
The International Animation category includes Doc McStuffins and SpongeBob Squarepants, while Mind Candy’s Moshi Monsters Sleep Stories has been nominated in the Digital category.
The Amazing World of Gumball, Danger Mouse, Hilda (Animation) and Horrible Histories (Comedy) also get nods.
Mary Poppins Returns, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Toy Story 4 and Horrible Histories: The Movie make up the Feature Film category, while LEGO DC Super-Villains is among the challengers in the Game category.
