Celebrity chef teams with The Great British Exchange for new collection.
A new range of cookware from celebrity chef Tom Kerridge is on the way from The Great British Exchange.
The collection includes knives, pans, ceramics, wood and textiles and will be launched at the Harrogate Home & Gift Show in July.
Tom – who is the owner of The Hand and Flowers in Marlow, the only two Michelin star pub in the UK – has worked closely with The Great British Exchange and a team of manufacturers.
“We’re all very proud of the Tom Kerridge Range,” said Matt Hopkins, md of The Great British Exchange (pictured with Tom).
“Working with British manufacturers to produce a range of high quality products that will enter the market as a beacon of what is capable by brilliant British craftsmanship has been an extremely gratifying process. The range is an honest representation of what we as a nation are able to produce and the skills that are alive and kicking in our manufacturing regions.
“The response to the range so far has been brilliant and I can’t wait to introduce it to more retailers and the market at large.”
Tom added: “A huge amount of effort has gone into finding these fantastic manufacturers, all of whom are based in Great Britain. We are trying to breathe new life into Great British traditions, standing firm and not compromising on quality whilst showcasing the best that Britain has to offer.
“All of these products have been tested and are meant to be used rather than just looked at and stand the test of time. Think ‘Land Rover Defender’ for kitchens.”
