Toei’s Dragon Ball enjoying overseas growth

New deals secured in Italy, France, Belgium and GAS across various categories.

Toei Animation has secured a number of new deals for its Dragon Ball franchise across several territories and categories.

First up, and Sun City will launch a wide collection of apparel for children in Italy. T-shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, pyjamas, sweatpants and more will be stamped with Dragon Ball Super heroes, with the range will hit shelves from Q3 2018.

Meanwhile, gift and high tech accessory specialist Teknofun has been signed up to develop a line of Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super products.

These will include the likes of headphones, digital cameras and power banks.

Rolling out from May 2018, products will be available in France, French-speaking Belgium and GAS.
