Three new adult puzzle designs launching this spring including artwork from agency’s artists.
This is Iris has further strengthened its partnership with Ravensburger, with the company launching three new adult puzzle designs this spring featuring artwork from the agency’s artists.
Artwork from Ailsa Black (Puffinry, 500-piece), Pabuku (European Map, Quirky Circus, 500-piece) and Rebecca McCulloch (Exotic Escape/Beyond the Wild, 1,000-piece) features on the new designs.
The lines will launch this month and feature heavily across the digital platforms for Nuremberg toy fair.
“Throughout lockdown we have seen how art and design-led collections have held their own throughout the marketplace, with jigsaws not only becoming a more popular activity within families, but as a way to bring a moment of calm to the daily challenges of being stuck at home,” said Sarah Lawrence from This is Iris. “It’s been a wonderful project and we’re excited to be developing a third collection for Ravensburger.”
Sarah Stevens, product manager, adult puzzles at Ravensburger, added: “We’re excited to launch three new adult puzzle designs this spring, developed with Sarah at This is Iris.
“Each design showcases the work of a different artist, and gives puzzle fans the chance to discover fabulous, specially-commissioned contemporary puzzle designs. We’ve already had brilliant feedback from UK customers, and licensing interest from our colleagues across the world which has resulted in these now becoming available in Australia and China. What a fantastic antidote to the dark days of lockdown! Huge thanks to Sarah and her team for their inspiring work.”
