The RHS is looking to grow its licensing team and is currently hiring for two new positions.

First up, the team has a vacancy for a senior licensing development executive who will recruit and manage a number of licensees across various product categories.

The successful candidate will be required to identify opportunities, research prospects, create approaches and pitch tailored presentations delivering new business to targets set by the licensing manager. Developing existing licensees to release their full potential is a key part of this role.
