Hearst UK is looking to expand its team with the hiring of a licensing assistant.

The successful candidate will supply administrative and operational support to Hearst’s busy and fast-growing licensing team.

Key duties will include managing the licensing help desk and dealing with incoming and outgoing communications related to all aspects of licensing between Hearst and its licensees; diary management; replying to general enquiries and correspondence; and processing the sending of images, copy and information relating to all operational aspects of the day-to-day licensing activity among others.
