Leaping into 2024, global children’s entertainment company Spin Master has signed a raft of UK licensees to complement the top 10 ranking for its Netflix-original fantasy adventure series Unicorn Academy.
The new partners will develop ranges in home (Dreamtex and Poplar Linens), daywear (Fashion UK), nightwear (Blues), hosiery (Misirli), health & beauty (H&A and Glamavan), dress-up (Smiffys), stationery (Blueprint) and magazines (Story House Egmont, Redan and Kennedy Publishing).
Brokered by The Point.1888 – Spin Master’s licensing agent for Unicorn Academy in UK and Eire – customers will see an exclusive capsule fashion range from Easter 2024, launching with Character.com.
Hot on the hooves of the second drop of animation on Netflix, will be Spin Master’s own toy launch from August 2024, featuring dolls, play-sets and plush.
Success on Roblox with in-game character appearances, plus additional apps and content on YouTube led the way to launching a digital game later this year.
In addition, for keen equestrians, Equidry will be launching a Unicorn Academy range for AW24.
The Point.1888 is looking to further grow the licensing programme in categories including food and beverage, outdoor toy, gifting, softlines accessories and greetings.
