Charities have until Friday, November 15 to make their submissions online.
The licensing industry charity, The Light Fund, is now accepting applications for funding from any registered charity organisation whose beneficiaries are children, women or men.
Charities are now being invited to put forward distinct projects that they would like The Light Fund to consider funding.
Charities have until Friday November 15 to make their submissions online, via The Light Fund website.
There are a few stipulations, which include that the projects should benefit children and/or adults and are capped at a cost of £5,000.
The Light Fund committee will meet in early December to vote on which of the submitted charitable projects will be supported. Those who are successful will be informed in mid December and receive the funds by the beginning of January 2020.
Charity recipients last year included New Life (pictured) which received £10,000 from The Light Fund – £5,000 for an incubator/hotbed in Swansea hospital and £5,000 for an incubator/hotbed for Plymouth hospital.
2019 has been another strong year for The Light Fund. The final official fundraiser of the year is the Southern Quiz Night which takes place on Thursday, November 21 in the Thomas Lord suite at Lord’s Cricket Ground. You can download a booking form by clicking on this link.
