The Insights Family founder, Nick Richardson to lead TIF Labs

Market intelligence specialist, The Insights Family has confirmed that founder Nick Richardson will become ceo of TIF Labs, which will focus on new ventures and innovation.

Nick, who founded the business in 2017, and as ceo oversaw its significant international growth; with five years of triple digit growth to achieve revenues exceeding £4 million, successfully led the business through a £5.6 million with BGF which was announced earlier this year.

TIF Labs has been specifically set up to explore new venture opportunities for the group, from potential acquisitions, exploring future partnerships and developing new technology and data innovations.

Nick, who earlier this year announced the launch of NextGen Insights which focusses on the attitudes, behaviour and consumption of 19–30-year-olds commented: “It is a wonderful opportunity for me to uncover and explore other opportunities to build and protect the companies IP and diverse future revenues, whilst The Insights Family leadership team focus on delivering our plans. Watch this space.”

Simon White, chairman at The Insights Family, added: “In recognition of Nick’s talents and to ensure we continue pushing the boundaries of innovation, TIF Labs will serve as a dedicated space to explore non-BAU innovation opportunities and drive creative thinking for the future of our business. We’re very excited about what may emerge from this for our future.”
