The Grinch takes over Primark for Christmas

Apparel, accessories and homeware collection launches at the retailer.

Primark has launched a new apparel, accessories and homeware collection based on the classic Dr Seuss title, How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

The range includes adult daywear and accessories from Park Agencies including a number of Christmas jumper options, with nightwear and onesies for kids and adults from Somerbond, BC International and Cooneen.

Dreamtex has developed a homewares range, with socks from Misirli and slippers from Brand Group International and gift wrap from International Greetings.

Primark has supported the launch with a number of posts across its social media channels, as well as POS throughout the stores.

“We are incredibly excited to see this range launch,” said Stacy Scimia, retail and softlines director at CPLG UK. “The Grinch is a classic Christmas staple and it’s been great to work with our licensees and Primark to bring this collection to stores in such a big way.”

Susan Brandt, president of Dr Seuss Enterprises, added: “The Grinch’s whimsical tale has been a part of holiday traditions for 60 years now. Primark have been avid supporters of the Grinch and we are delighted to be working with them again. Their extensive range will appeal to all Grinch fans young and old.”
