New products to launch in Europe, Asia, Central America, Middle East, India, US, Canada and more.
A raft of new Tetris consumer products are set to launch around the world, with the brand still riding high from its 35th anniversary year.
The new product collections will include the likes of table top puzzles, collectable pins, apparel, costume, home décor and more.
“The Tetris brand has had an amazing 35th anniversary year,” said Maya Rogers, president and ceo of Blue Planet Software, the sole agent for the Tetris brand. “The support by fans of our recent console game launches and merchandise collaborations that are available now in markets worldwide has been incredible.
“This tells us we’re on track with delivering products that truly speak to consumers. We look forward to seeing their reaction to these new collections.”
Worldwide deals have been secured with Pull & Bear and Uniqlo for new Tetris-branded clothing including t-shirts, sweatshirts, socks and boxers, plus a special t-shirt from the latter.
Among the European deals, Fashion UK will introduce apparel including t-shirts, sweatshirts, bottoms, dresses, swimwear, nightwear and underwear across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Global Brands Group will launch apparel in France later this year; Noveltex will offer household textiles in the UK and Ireland; while Erve Europe and Saborn Licensing will supply apparel across Benelux.
A raft of new lines will also be launching across Asia (including AQO Studiospace and Kazu Project), Central America, Middle East, India and Africa, US and Canada (including Tetris pins from FiGPiN).
The deals were secured by the Tetris brand’s growing global licensing agent network, including Brand Fresh Management LLC in the US and Canada, CPLG in Spain, Portugal, GAS, Benelux, Nordics and Middle East, IMG in China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, Italy and CEE, Lisle Licensing in the UK and Ireland, Sagoo in France and Tycoon in Mexico.
