Super Wings magazine ready to soar in the UK

Signature Publishing teams with Alpha Group for new preschool launch.

Specialist children’s publishing, Signature Publishing has teamed with Alpha Group for the launch of a new Super Wings magazine.

Targeting the preschool market, the title will hit shelves on January 10 and will reflect the values of the hit show throughout stories, puzzles, colouring and more.

Each issue of Super Wings comes with a bespoke gift, with high play value, complementing the existing toy line. The launch issue features a seven-piece play set with two planes, accessories and mega play mat.

“Over the last couple of years, Signature have been great supporters of Super Wings’ content in Fantastic Funworld magazine,” commented Vickie O’Malley, md Rockpool Licensing, which handles the UK licensing for the brand. “Their collaborative and commercial approach, creativity and positivity have made for a very productive working relationship and we’re excited to look forward to the launch of the Super Wings stand-alone magazine.”

Amanda Clifford, editorial director at Signature Publishing, added: “We’re so excited to be working with Alpha Group, creating a regular stand-alone Super Wings magazine. It’s a brand full of adventure, excitement, fun and friendship and the Super Wings magazine is sure to be a soaring success.”

Super Wings is broadcast in over 100 countries. In the UL, series one to three air through broadcast partners Cartoonito and Tiny Pop, which series four due to launch in 2020.
