Yellow Submarine inspires Stella McCartney

New All Together Now collection features scenes, motifs and graphics from the film.

Stella McCartney has used inspiration from The Beatles – and Yellow Submarine in particular – for part of her autumn 2019 collections.

The new All Together Now line features scenes, motifs and graphics from the movie, Yellow Submarine – which celebrated its 50th anniversary last year – across womenswear, menswear and kidswear.

The psychedelic adventure has inspired knitwear and jersey pieces – embroidered with All Together Now slogans in multiple languages – outerwear, shirts, dresses, a fur-free-fur jacquard coat – which shows The Beatles in their marching band uniforms – and Savile Row tailoring, trousers and jackets.

Kidswear has been given a playful take with fun Beatles graphics, bright colours and yellow submarine graphics, reported Fashion United.
