Sponsors line up for the B&LLAs

Number of companies have pledged support to inaugural awards.

A raft of companies have already got on board to support Max Publishing’s first ever Brand & Lifestyle Licensing Awards next year.

Advanstar is the headline sponsor of the event, and will be joined by LIMA, Hallet Retail, Start Licensing, Brands with Influence, IFL Science, Discovery, Versace and Emerald Exhibitions to date.

“We’re delighted to be launching The B&LLAs, breaking new ground in recognising the dynamism and growth of brand licensing,” said Ian Hyder, joint MD of Max Publishing.

The new annual awards will reward excellence in brand licensed merchandise, IP management, as well as retail execution. Entry for the retail, brand and product categories will be done online, followed by validation from dedicated panels of industry experts.

The awards will be open for entry at the end of October.

The winners will be unveiled at a lavish lunchtime event at The Dorchester Hotel on Wednesday April 20 2016.
