Sophie Allport and ZSL reveal spring/summer collaboration

British homewares designer teams with conservation charity on new giraffe collection.

British homewares designer Sophie Allport has teamed with international conservation charity, ZSL (Zoological Society of London) for a new spring/summer collaboration.

The new giraffe collection will help to raise vital funds for the charity and support its work creating a world where wildlife thrives.

The design features fabulous spots inspired by giraffes’ distinctive patterns, which stands out against a tan ochre background on the new collection.

The range includes a variety of kitchen essentials such as oven gloves, tea towels, hob covers and mugs, while there are also summer pyjamas, a camera bag, canvas pouches, socks and stoneware.

The collection will launch on 25 March.

“We are so pleased to work alongside ZSL again with our wonderful new giraffe collection, supporting projects caring for wildlife is vital at the moment and it’s something very close to our hearts,” commented Sophie.

Abbie Taylor, ZSL buying manager, added: “This new giraffe range is perfect for any animal lover who is looking to brighten up their home. As we’re all spending a lot more time in our homes right now, these gorgeous products, including mugs, trays, and beautiful bowls, will help to bring some of the wonder of the animal kingdom to your kitchen and living spaces – just what we all need to make us smile!

“Available to purchase online at zsl.org/shop or in our shops at ZSL London and Whipsnade Zoos, all purchases of this beautiful new range will help keep our zoos open after the most challenging year in our 200-year history, and support our global conservation work for wildlife.”
