Snoop Dogg launches jewellery venture

Rapper is aiming to fuse hip hop with the animal kingdom with new branded line.

This week’s licensing story from the ‘really?’ realm comes courtesy of Snoop Dogg, who is launching a new branded jewellery venture.

Jungl Julz is a fusion of hip hop and the animal kingdom and is a tie up with jewellery brand, King Ice.

There are initially 15 items in the range, including pendants, rings, bracelets and, of course, cigar tips.

Each item will apparently be ‘envisioned and approved by Snoop’ and will be available on line in time for Christmas. Prices will range from $60 to $100.

King Ice also designs products in partnership with other stars including Katy Perry, Chris Brown and The Game.
