Smiffys teams with Manic Panic

Company partners with creative hair colour and cosmetics leader for exclusive line of licensed wigs.

Smiffys has secured a partnership with Manic Panic – a key force in creative hair colour and cosmetics – for an exclusive line of licensed wigs.

The range will launch at Halloween and Party Expo which runs from January 17-19 in New Orleans.

Manic Panic is the brainchild of two New York City rock n’ roll sisters – Tish and Snooky Bellomo – and first launched in 1977 as America’s first Punk Boutique.

Since then, the company has been setting trends and inspiring the beauty and fashion industries, amassing famous fans such as Kylie Jenner and Katy Perry.

Smiffys will launch the licensed range of 24 wigs, coloured using the techniques and styles that epitomise Manic Panic. In addition, the company will also be distributing Manic Panic hair colours at the show as part of the partnership, which was brokered by Pacific Swell Brands, Manic Panic’s agency.

Tish and Snooky will make an appearance at Smiffys’ booth at the show, while there will also be the opportunity to sample the new wigs with a special photobooth, complete with Manic Panic graphics.
