Shopkins brand expands into new territories

Moose Toys appoints Nelvana as master agent for Europe, Middle East and Africa (excluding UK and Ireland).

The Shopkins brand is continuing its charge across the world, with brand owner Moose Toys appointing Nelvana as the new master agent for Europe, Middle East and Africa (excluding UK and Ireland).

The successful collectables brand is handled by Bulldog Licensing in the UK and Ireland.

Nelvana has brought on board a number of new agents for key territories. These include License Connection (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg); 20Too Licensing (Middle East); Lizenzwerft (Germany); PopCorn (Portugal); and Planeta Junior (Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Poland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia.)

“We’re very excited to expand our partnership with Moose Toys to bring the phenomenal success of Shopkins to even more kids and families throughout the EMEA,” said Antoine Erligmann, co-head of Nelvana Enterprises.

Moose Toys business manager, Dianne Bellchambers, added: “Nelvana has proven to be a great partner for Shopkins and we’re thrilled to expand our relationship to cover more territories across the EMEA.

“With Nelvana heading the Shopkins EMEA team, we are excited about deepening our relationship with fans everywhere.”

Nelvana and its agents have secured a number of new deals for Shopkins. These include a pan European deal with BonBon Buddies for confectionery, as well as Ravensburger for 2D and 3D puzzles.
