First ever Shaun the Sheep puppet show will premiere at holiday parks this year.
Shaun the Sheep will be appearing in puppet form across Haven Holiday Parks this summer.
SGA has begun production on the first ever puppet show featuring the Aardman character, with a 34-date tour taking in the parks between May and July.
Shaun the Sheep’s Mossy Bottom Show follows the story of the residents preparing for the annual country fair, with stall holder Jim making the final preparations before the fair is declared open.
Casting for puppeteer and narrator roles has begun, with auditions being held in late March.
In addition to the Mossy Bottom Show, SGA has also been commissioned to create an interactive Shaun the Sheep live experience at Haven’s newest park at Thomwick Bay in Yorkshire. This will include family farmyard fun with ‘Championsheeps’, ‘Vegetable Orchestra’ and ‘Mossy Bottom Cinema’.
It is all part of SGA’s new partnership with Haven Holidays, in which the events and live experiences company is providing content for 2016.
“We are excited to be working in partnership with Haven Holidays on providing exclusive content for their guests in summer 2016,” said Gareth Howells, creative producer at SGA Productions.
