Sarah Fletcher joins MGA as UK head of licensing

Sarah will work across brands including L.O.L. Surprise, Little Tikes and Num Noms among others.

Sarah Fletcher has joined MGA Entertainment to help further drive its ambitious licensing plans.

Sarah has taken on the role of head of licensing in the UK team and will be working across brands including L.O.L. Surprise, Little Tikes, Poopsie Slime Surprise, Num Noms, Project Mc2, Crate Creatures, Baby Born and Zapf Creation.

Sarah has 11 years of brand licensing experience, including running her own consultancy, Maximum Licensing. She also previously held the role of general manager at Fluid World – working with brands including Sanrio, Pusheen and Jourdan Dunn – and prior to that was head of global retail and events at Mind Candy.

In addition to Sarah’s hire, MGA bolstered its team in 2018 with the appointment of Egita Di Filippo as senior director of licensing EMEA driving licensing strategy across the territory. Egita has nine years of experience in licensing working with Sanrio and eOne brands.
