New character becomes part of airport’s family experience across all five terminals.
Sanrio has teamed up with Heathrow airport for the launch of a new Mr Men Little Miss character, Mr Adventure.
Mr Adventure will appear alongside other Mr Men Little Miss characters across all five terminals as the face of the airport’s family experience.
This includes messages and signage for security lanes, ‘kids eat free’ at participating restaurants, baby changing and soft play areas.
There will also be a series of costume character appearances and activity workshops across the summer, while a social media campaign comprising six mini videos will tell Mr Adventure’s story at Heathrow.

In addition to this activity, the Mr Adventure book will be sold in WH Smiths and WH Smiths Travel, while there will also be a themed magazine.
Sanrio will be working with Heathrow – which sees 15 million families travel through its terminals annually – for a minimum of a year.
Alastair McHarrie, head of UK licensing at Sanrio, told The Source: “This is an amazing opportunity to collaborate with a great British landmark, giving children a fun experience to start their holidays with Mr Men Little Miss.”
