Ruth Leonard strengthens MI PR Global team

Popular former Carte Blanche and PMS exec takes on newly created marketing director role.

MI PR Global has welcomed Ruth Leonard to the newly created role of marketing director.

Ruth – who brings some 15 years of industry experience to the PR and communications company – will be responsible for marketing, new business development and strategic communications.

Ruth joins from PMS International Group where she was head of brand and licensing.

She has also enjoyed time at Carte Blanche as director of marketing and business development, while she previously held the role of entertainment marketing director at Topps Europe.

Ruth commented: “Anyone who has ever worked with me, will know that I have a huge passion for building brands and protecting their reputation and therefore, I feel it’s a perfect fit for me here at MI PR Global.

“I have the opportunity to work across multiple brands and diverse product categories within the client portfolio and I’m really excited to see what the future has in store.”

Jonathan Rose, md of MI PR Global, added: “Ruth is well known and highly respected in the industry and brings a fantastic skill set to the company.”

The PR team at MI PR Global will continue to be led by Julia Swan, director of public relations.
