Rubie’s reveals Everyday Heroes campaign

TV ad and consumer engagement initiative ties in with launch of Justice League range.

Rubie’s latest TV ad and consumer engagement initiative has been released to tie-in with the launch of Rubie’s Justice League costumes and the much anticipated Justice League movie release, on November 17.

The campaign title is ‘Everyday Heroes’ and gives budding young Justice League Super Heroes the chance to ‘Join the League’ by dressing up as their favourite Justice League hero, perform their best super hero moves and upload the video on Rubie’s microsite (www.cartoonnetwork.co.uk/rubies).

The lucky winner receives ‘the most epic of prizes’, with their video being given the Hollywood treatment with amazing special effects and airing on Cartoon Network in December. Runners up will receive a Rubie’s Justice League costume of their choice.

“We are thrilled to be working with Turner Broadcasting and Warner Bros. in creating our latest awesome multi-platform, TV advert and sponsorship campaign,” said brand manager Steve Kitt, talking about the latest consumer-facing campaign.

“It’s been very exciting working so closely with Turner and Warner Bros. on this marketing activity,” he added. “We’ve already seen incredible reach and have started planning on how we can make it even bigger in 2018.”

The TV ad can be seen on Cartoon Network and Boomerang through November, with sponsorship starting mid-November and the winner announced after the closing date of November 21.
