Rubies further strengthens its sales team

Rubies has bolstered its sales team, welcoming Luke Short to the role of head of trade sales.

Luke (pictured) has a strong background in business development and sales strategies in the FMCG industry, and arrives at Rubies having worked with a number of major brands and competitors.

His role will encompass leading the sales team and liaising closely with other departments to implement Rubies’ trade offer.

His arrival also signifies a step forward for the company as it looks to expand into new markets and innovate its sales strategies. Luke – who has a personal passion for pop culture and nostalgia – will play a key role in guiding Rubies in its quest for increased market share.

A statement from the company read: “The decision to onboard Luke as head of trade sales represents Rubies commitment to fostering fresh talent and leveraging industry expertise to propel the company’s growth in 2024 and beyond. The Rubies team is excited to welcome Luke to the family and eagerly anticipates the positive impact his leadership will bring to the organisation.”
