Royal Mail unveils Mr Men Little Miss stamps

Launch of ten special stamps is celebrating the popular series of books.

The Royal Mail is continuing its work with licensed brands – launching a new set of ten stamps celebrating the Mr Men Little Miss series of books.

Available from today (Thursday October 20), the stamps feature popular characters including Mr Happy, Little Miss Naughty, Mr Bump, Little Miss Sunshine, Mr Tickle, Mr Grumpy, Little Miss Princess, Mr Strong, Little Miss Christmas and Mr Messy.

Approximately three million of the stamps will be printed, with the products being available from 8,000 Post Office branches and online.

Core products include Mint Stamps (10 x 1st class stamps), first day cover, a presentation pack with bespoke artwork from Adam Hargreaves and his personal story with the brand and a retail stamp book.

In addition, extended products include Smilers (personalised stamp covers) and framed stamps.

On top of this, 145 limited edition prints of the stamps, signed by Adam Hargreaves, will be sold on the Mr Men Little Miss website.

“We are delighted to be working with Royal Mail and celebrate our 45th anniversary with the partnership of two iconic British brands,” commented Sabrina Segalov, licensing manager at Sanrio.
