RHS chocolate gets tasty reception at Top Drawer

Amelie Chocolat to roll out new range to retail and online from April.

The RHS has teamed up with Amelie Chocolat for the launch of a new luxury chocolate and confection range.

The line – which was on show at Top Drawer last week – is an extension to the existing Chocolates by Nature range, which includes the best selling Woodland Chocolate Collection – a sell out during its first Christmas on sale.

New lines for 2018 include Prosecco Truffles, Pink Gin & Tonic Truffles, Raspberry & Champagne Truffles and a festive 15-chocolate Christmas Belgian Chocolate Collection.

Tying in to the existing range – which includes Cookie and Fudge Milk Chocolate Clusters, Cranberry Dark Chocolate Clusters and gift boxes – the design of the packaging on all of the products is inspired by iconic art from the RHS Lindley Library.

Natalie Levy, founder and director of Amelie Chocolat, said: “We are delighted to be continuing our relationship with the RHS, whose iconic imagery and much-loved brand are an enormous inspiration to our work.

“We are certain these special chocolate and confection offerings will be popular with RHS supporters and lovers of luxury chocolate. They certainly appealed to the many Top Drawer attendees who thought it essential to test the extended range.”

Shereen Llewellin, licensing executive at RHS, added: “Amelie Chocolat has come up with a chocolate and confection range that is superbly designed and packaged as well as thoroughly delicious.

“The response to the new RHS range from the food trade has already been impressive and we’re sure the consumer response will be equally enthusiastic.”
