Nutmeg at Morrisons, Primark and Boden all excited to pick up accolades at last week’s virtual ceremony.
A trio of big retail names have told Source of their pleasure at winning accolades at The Licensing Awards 2020 last week.
Charlotte Latteman, junior buyer for girlswear at Morrisons, said the Nutmeg team were “really excited” to have won The Radar Award.
“We have spent a lot of time and investment on our licence offer this year, and have more exciting things to come throughout 2021, so keep an eye out,” Charlotte commented.
Meanwhile, Boden was “delighted” with its win for its Harry Potter Mini Boden Collection in the Best Licensed Children’s Apparel or Accessories Range category.
The retailer’s Cathy Newnes-Smith said: “We are delighted to be acknowledged for our teams hard work in delivering a unique and innovative Harry Potter licensed range.”
Finally, Primark was back to its winning ways, this time for Best Retailer of Adult Licensed Products and Best Licensed Adult Apparel or Accessories Range for its Stranger Things collection.
Sarah Jackson, director of licensing at Primark, said: “We were so pleased to win both of our awards last week, it was a tremendous evening. Our adult teams were thrilled to be recognised for their collections this year.”
