Reemsborko renews as master licensee for Baki Hanma anime property

Reemsborko has been renewed by TMS as the master licensee for EMEA, Australia and New Zealand for a further three years for the Baki Hanma animation series.

The highly acclaimed underground fighting anime, Baki continues to captivate audiences worldwide. Currently, three seasons of Baki and two seasons of its sequel – Baki Hanma – are available on Netflix.

Baki Hanma Season 2: Part 1 ranked in second place in the weekly top 10 most popular titles (Netflix Non-English category for the period of 27-30 July 2023).

Player Ammo – the nootropic gaming energy powder brand – has exceeded its guarantee mid-term, and is anticipating another year of robust performance. The brand has established a strong presence both online and at conventions, with a forthcoming announcement of a new animé signing on the cards.

“Baki has been a huge success for us, and we will soon expand with Baki Hanma products too,” commented Mohammed Javed, director at Player Ammo. “The overwhelming reaction from fans online and at the conventions is a testament to this animé’s growing popularity.”

Looking ahead, Reemsborko is diversifying its licensed product offerings, with 2024 seeing the introduction of a range of chilli sauces (available online and at retail), while other categories are also in discussion.
