PUMA steps up with Polaroid

New trainer collection will launch as part of Polaroid’s 80th anniversary celebrations.

PUMA is helping Polaroid mark its 80th anniversary with a new trainer collaboration.

Launching in Europe on September 8, the collection will include new takes on PUMA’s RS-0 and RS-100 trainers, according to Fashion United, inspired by the design of Polaroid’s OneStep analogue instant camera.

The RS-0 will feature a white leather upper, reflective laces and the Polaroid Color Spectrum graphic on the tongue, as well as red soles in reference to the camera’s shutter button.

The RS-100, meanwhile, will feature the Color Spectrum graphic on the tongue and the sole, reported Fashion United.
