PUMA steps up with Nickelodeon and Rugrats

A new seven-piece collection from the sports brand is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the animation.

Nickelodeon is putting its best foot forward with PUMA for the launch of a new collection celebrating the 30th anniversary of Rugrats.

The seven-piece collection features styles for both adults and children and launches on 4 June, reported Fashion United.

Adult apparel will include a short sleeve t-shirt with the popular animated babies playing on the PUMA logo; a long sleeve tee in Susie Carmichael’s purple and gold pattern from her dress; a hooded sweatshirt featuring Reptar and the Pickles’ family dog, Spike, on the front with the Rugrats logo on the back; and a pair of warm up shorts in the green pattern of Chuckie Finster.

Meanwhile, three footwear styles will pay homage to the original Rugrats cartoon with bright colours reminiscent of the 1990s and design elements incorporating the characters.

There will be two styles in children’s sizing – the Future Rider x Rugrats and the PUMA classic Suedes x Rugrats. In addition, the PUMA Court Rider x Rugrats will be available on adult sizing.

Pricing will range from $40-$100, with the range available on PUMA.com, at PUMA retail locations globally and at Foot Locker.
