While its stores remain closed, retailer has been busy across its social media platforms.
While its UK stores remain closed for now, Primark has been busy continuing to engage with its shoppers – and licences – via its social media platforms.
The retailer – which last week began reopening its stores in Europe – has been using platforms such as Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest, as well as updating its website with regular blogs during the lockdown.
Last week, the retailer’s new TikTok account gave fans a look at what goes on behind the scenes at Primark, with a fun video showing store mannequins coming to life in the Essen store as it prepared to reopen.
Ever wondered what happens in Primark when no-one’s around? 😜 In-between prepping the store for when we’re able to reopen, our team in Essen got creative!

Primark has also continued to mention key licences within its social media communications – highlighting characters and brands including Disney, Winnie the Pooh, Friends, Batman, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse among others.
The retailer also hosted a Disney storytime as part of a recent #PrimarkPJParty on IGTV.
