BRIO is set to introduce a NASA-licensed set to its BRIO Builder offering this autumn.
Revealed at Toy Fair yesterday (21 January), the Apollo Saturn V construction set includes 91 pieces for open-ended building and imaginative play.
“The NASA name is recognised the world over; the organisation opens up new worlds and possibilities,” commented Elaine Connell, BRIO product marketing manager. “With this set inspired by an iconic space vehicle, those incredible dreams can be played out by preschoolers too – the sky is no longer the limit.”
With the BRIO Builder Apollo Saturn V, children can construct a space icon standing 60cm tall. The rocket divides into three sections – with section three including a flashing nose cone. Plus, like all BRIO Builder sets, the pieces can be constructed in endless ways to create a space shuttle, rocket or anything children’s imaginations wish.
The set is compatible with other items in the BRIO Builder range.
