Premier Foods expands Paul Hollywood range

Collection of icings due to launch to complement existing home baking products.

With Great British Bake Off set to return to TV screens next week, Premier Foods has revealed an expansion to its Paul Hollywood range.

The company is launching a line of dry icing mixes which can be used to make buttercream, drizzles, whipped cream or pouring sauce.

Flavours will include Luxury Belgian Chocolate, Zesty Lemon & Lime, Madagascan Vanilla and Deluxe Salted Caramel, reports British Baker.

In addition, the cake mix line-up is also been extended with the introduction of Seriously Chocolatey Fudge Cake, Zesty Lemon & Lime Sponge Cake and Traditional Dorset Apple Cake.

Premier Foods announced its deal with Paul Hollywood back in November 2015, initially launching a range of artisanal home baking products.

Helen Touchais, brand director baking at Premier Foods, commented: “The Paul Hollywood range offers very high quality, simple baking solutions, which have brought new people into the category and driven value for retailers since its launch last year.”
