Popular Harry Potter studio tour to expand

Permanent Forbidden Forest exhibition to open in March at Warner Bros. attraction.

The Warner Bros. Studio Tour London will be expanding from next month, with a new permanent exhibition dedicated to the Forbidden Forest opening its doors.

From March 31, visitors will be able to step into the Forbidden Forest world from the Harry Potter franchise.

According to Event Magazine, the new exhibition will be filled with 19 trees, each with a diameter of over 12 feet. Visitors will be able to walk beneath the giant entwined roots on their journey and will be able to control the weather using the same techniques created by filmmakers.

There will also be a new full size model of Buckbeack, while visitors will also come face to face with Aragog, which emerges from a lair complete with spiderlings from his family.

The Forbidden Forest has been designed and built by many of the crew members who worked on the film series.

Sarah Roots, svp worldwide tours, said: “We are so excited to launch the Forbidden Forest expansion of the Studio Tour, especially on the fifth anniversary of our grand opening.”
