Pop-up café to open for The LEGO Movie 2

Experiential initiative launching on London’s South Bank on February 1 and 2.

A special pop-up café will be open on London’s South Bank on February 1 and 2 to promote the eagerly awaited sequel to The LEGO Movie.

Almost 50,000 bricks will be used to build the experiential café at Observation Point, according to Campaign.

Inspired by The Coffee Chain – the café which features in both movies – for a short time the Warner Bros. pop-up will be staffed by Chris Pratt and Tiffany Haddish, who voice key characters.

It will aim to raise awareness and accept donations for Unicef UK.

In addition, LEGO will also be delivering donuts and coffee around London to people who interact on Twitter with the hashtag #EverythingIsAwesome, sharing positive ‘awesome’ thoughts or pictures.
