PMS International strengthens licensing team

Ruth Leonard joins the company as head of brand and licensing.

PMS International Group has bolstered its licensing team, hiring former Carte Blanche executive Ruth Leonard.

Ruth takes on the new role of head of brand and licensing. She will be responsible for the marketing of existing licences and the development of a new licensing and marketing strategy for the business.

Ruth will work closely with Steve Beverley, head of licensing product, and John Costi-Mouyia, export business development manager (both pictured with Ruth).

Ruth was most recently director of marketing and business development at Carte Blanche, while she previously held the role of entertainment marketing director at Topps Europe.

Ruth said: “I am so excited to get my teeth into such a wonderful role, the opportunity at PMS International is staggering, offering a world of opportunity with such vast capabilities across design, development and distribution. I’m looking forward to developing a stronger licensed portfolio, harnessing our expertise and re-energizing our licensing division.”

Steve Beverley added: “This is a strategic role for our business, as we want to further invest in marketing and shaping the global growth of our licensing and GOSH! Designs division.

“For the last 40 years we have built an industry reputation for quality and service and it is time to consolidate and deploy our wealth of expertise within our licensing division with a new dedicated team.”
