Peter Rabbit and Cath Kidston brands pick up accolades at The Henries

The winners of this year’s Henries greeting cards awards were crowned last night (3 October), with Peter Rabbit and Cath Kidston triumphing in the licensing categories.

Hosted by comedian George Zacharopoulos, the Roman themed event took place last night at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, celebrating the achievements of the greeting cards industry in the UK over the past year.

This year, there were two dedicated licensing categories – Best Licensed Entertainment or Character Card Range (sponsored by cardfactory) and Best Licensed Heritage, Lifestyle, Art or Design Card Range (sponsored by Skeet Print).

Peter Rabbit from Hallmark was victorious in the former (pictured), beating stiff competition from Elmer from Tache, Harry Potter Vintage Railway Poster Collection from Cardology, Marvel Die Cuts from UK Greetings, Snoopy from Hype Associates and Squishmallows from Danilo Promotions.

Meanwhile, Cath Kidston from Ohh Deer walked away with Best Licensed Heritage, Lifestyle, Art or Design Card Range.

Other finalists in the category included Emma Bridgewater from Woodmansterne Publications, Frida Kahlo from Origamo, National Trust Harmony from Woodmansterne Publications, RHS Classic from UK Greetings and Sara Miller London from The Art File.
