Company to roll out new games and puzzles in time for World Book Day.
The Roald Dahl Literary Estate has welcomed Paul Lamond to its licensing programme.
Paul Lamond will now launch a number of new games and puzzles in time for World Book Day in March.
The company will roll out four 250-piece puzzles in February. The puzzles, which feature Quentin Blake’s unmistakable illustrations, star some of Roald Dahl’s most loved characters from his best-selling books including Matilda, James and the Giant Peach, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and The BFG.
Further games and puzzles will follow later in the year.
Richard Wells, md Paul Lamond, said: “We’re delighted to be starting 2018 as a Roald Dahl licensee.
“It’s a privilege and an honour to have joined the licensing programme and to be part of this phenomenal success story. The Roald Dahl characters need no introduction and we’re looking forward to a hugely positive response from both retailers and fans alike.”
Stephanie Griggs, licensing and design director at The Roald Dahl Estate, added: “We’re gearing up for 2018 to be a fantastic year for new product launches, and we’re delighted to be partnering with Paul Lamond on this new range of games and puzzles.
“They’ve done a great job of capturing the spirit of Roald Dahl’s stories.”
Alicia Davenport, DRi’s licensing director, continued: “Paul Lamond already represent some of licensing’s most successful brands. We’re thrilled to have them on board.”
