Panini teams with English Schools’ Football Association

Nationwide competition to launch ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia.

Panini and the PFA are teaming up with the English Schools’ Football Association for the launch of a nationwide competition ahead of this summer’s World Cup in Russia.

The ESFA and the sticker book and collectables company will be inviting schools to take part in the initiative, which will provide pupils with the opportunity to create pieces of work as entries.

In addition, it will also provide teachers with additional learning materials across a variety of subjects over the summer term, while schools will also have the chance of winning prizes for taking part and submitting entries.

By using the rich history of the FIFA World Cup, opportunities will be created to use English, history, geography, art and music classes to encourage pupils to be creative and imaginative and to look at football from some fresh angles.

All schools which register interest will be entered into a prize draw to win 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia Panini sticker albums and stickers for pupils.

The official competition launch will take place over the next couple of weeks.
