Panellists named for Spring Fling Question Time

Execs from Hachette, Sony ATV and Tottenham Hotspur among those taking part.

LIMA UK has revealed the panellists who will be taking part in May’s popular Question Time debate at Spring Fling.

Once again hosted by Kelvyn Gardner, md of LIMA UK, he will be joined by Richard Hollis (formerly of BBC Worldwide and DreamWorks Animation and now a licensing consultant); Gary Jacobson (Tottenham Hotspur); Bruce New (Sony ATV); and Katie Price (Hachette).

The debate will kick off at 5pm and will follow a full day of seminars and presentations at the annual Licensing Essentials Course.

This year’s event is taking place on Thursday May 4 in the Long Room at Lord’s Cricket Ground, Marylebone in London.

Kelvyn told The Source: “LIMA’s panel debates at the Spring Fling have become a real fixture in the licensing calendar.

“One again this year we have brought together a group representing the diverse aspects of licensing who will give us their comments, and respond to delegates’ questions, about the hot topics facing the business in 2017.

“It’s a great way to kick off an evening of networking, and with such a prestigious venue as The Long Room at the home of English cricket, Lord’s, it really is an event not to be missed.”

Last year’s event drew over 150 senior industry executives.

Early bird prices start from £260 for the full day and £40 for the Spring Fling.
