Comedic series nominated as a finalist in the Animation category.
Having enjoyed a successful Brand Licensing Europe last week, One Animation is celebrating a nomination in the 6th International Emmy Kids Awards this week for its Oddbods series.
The non-dialogue comedic series has been named as a finalist in the Animation category.
Oddbods is currently being broadcast in over 100 countries around the world, on free to air as well as paid-for channels such as Disney Channel, Cartoon Network, Boomerang and SVOD partner, Netflix.
Sashim Parmanand, ceo of One Animation, commented: “We are incredibly honoured to receive this Emmy nomination which is testament not only to the highly engaging, comedic adventures of our much-loved and relatable characters, but also to our incredibly loyal Oddbods worldwide fanbase and their insatiable hunger for new stories.
“Our new content for series three includes even more action and new environments including Space ‘the final frontier’, deserts, forests and even a trip up Everest, offering multiple opportunities for consumer product content, licensing and brand partnership discussions.”
